A simple recipe for spaghetti bolognese that is very simple and still tastes good. Cook the sauce very gently so that the meat becomes very tender.
Perfect for the whole family.

▬Ingredients: ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
1 large or two small carrots
100g celery
2 shallots
1 clove garlic
10ml olive oil
500g ground beef
200ml red wine e.g. Chanti
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2x 400g chopped or peeled tomatoes
150g strained tomatoes
▬Instructions: ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Clean, peel and finely dice or chop carrot and celery. Peel onion and garlic and chop finely as well.
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Saute onions and garlic over medium heat. Stir occasionally so nothing burns.
Brown ground beef over high heat for 5 minutes. Briefly saute the tomato paste and mix with the meat.
Then drain with red wine.
Add the carrots and the celery.
And add the strained and chopped tomatoes.
Mix it.
Simmer for at least 2 hours on low heat.
Slow cooking makes the beef incredibly tender.
Stir occasionally.
Heat water in a saucepan and add salt.
Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
Then drain in a sieve.
Grate Parmesan or another hard cheese such as Grana Padano.
Spread the pasta on the plate, pour the Bolognese sauce over it and garnish with Parmesan.
