How to create a SCRIBBLE Effect in Premiere Pro
To begin I added this clip to my timeline that I want to add a scribble effect to it.
In project panel click on this new button and select adjustment layer, with default values.
Drag and drop adjustment layer in your timeline and set its duration and position to be where you want the scribble effect to take place in your video.
Now go to effects panel and search paint bucket and drag and drop the paint bucket effect in your adjustment layer.
Now with adjustment layer selected, go to effect controls, under paint bucket effect, change the color to white.
Now set the stroke to stroke, and play with tolerance property until you like what you see.
To change the position of effect, use these 2 values next to fill point.
Now that you find what properties you want, place the time head at start of your adjustment layer, and set stroke width to 0 and click on stop watch next to it to create first keyframe.
Go to a little bit forward and set the width to 3.
Then go to near the end of the clip and click on this circle to create a keyframe with current value.
At last, go to the end of adjustment layer and set it to 0.
