WIPO Global Innovation Index 2021 Launch: Thailand Deputy Prime Minister Special Address
Mr. Jurin Laksanawisit, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce, Thailand, delivers a special address for the opening of the launch event for WIPO’s Global Innovation Index 2021.
The 2021 edition of the Global Innovation Index (GII) – themed “Tracking Innovation through the COVID-19 Crisis” – was launched with a virtual event on September 20, 2021, which included a presentation of key findings of the GII 2021, two panel discussions, and ministerial statements from around the world.
The GII 2021 ranks the innovation performance of 132 countries and economies around the world.
