Hi! My name is Shervin Shaffie. I am a Microsoft Principal Technical Specialist focused on Teams, a former Cisco Technical Solutions Architect that covered Collaboration, and a Contact Center engineer at the beginning of my career. I studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Waterloo and moved into the tech field in 2000. This channel is my attempt to give back to anyone interested in this space.
