Oseng Bean Temppe🎀
INGREDIENTS
250g beans, cleaned, cut oblique.
200g tempeh, cut into squares.
6 cloves of shallot, sliced.
3 pieces of curly red chili, sliced oblique.
GROUND SPICES
3 cloves of garlic
5 pieces of cayenne pepper
6 pieces of curly / large red chili
1 tsp salt / as needed.
OTHER INGREDIENTS
250ML hot/regular water
½ tsp chicken stock powder
1 tsp sugar
2 Tbsp sweet soy sauce
1½Tbsp oyster sauce
sufficient oil.
