Hey y’all! Happy Sunday :) Your girl will be starting the 75 Hard challenge. I invite anyone wanting to take control of their life and build discipline and create healthy habits to join me in this mental toughness challenge.

75 Hard Rules:
For 75 consecutive days, you must do the following:
1. Follow a meal plan (no cheat meals, no alcohol)
2. Workout 2x a day for 45 min (one workout has to be outdoors)
3. Drink a gallon of water
4. Read 10 pages of a book
5. Take a progress picture everyday
