Hey y'all! In this vlog, I’m sharing my fifth week of the 75 Hard challenge. I’ll show you my meal prep for building muscle, my first time playing tennis, all of my workouts for the week, my trip to the West Indian Day Parade in Brooklyn, and Sunday dinner with my family. Enjoy!

75 Hard Rules:
For 75 consecutive days, you must do the following:
1. Follow a meal plan (no cheat meals, no alcohol)
2. Workout 2x a day for 45 min (one workout has to be outdoors)
3. Drink a gallon of water
4. Read 10 pages of a book
5. Take a progress picture everyday

HIGH PROTEIN MEAL PREP
BREAKFAST: OATS AND EGG MUFFINS
OATS
1/4 cup of oats
1/4 cup of oat milk
1 tbsp chia seed
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
Splash of vanilla extract

EGG MUFFINS
6 Whole Eggs
1/3 Cup Egg Whites
Herb Blend
Cajun Seasoning
Smoked Paprika
2/3 Cup Cottage Cheese
Onion
Bell Peppers
3 tbsp cup of ground turkey per egg muffin
Bake for 14-15 minutes until tops bubble.

LUNCH: SHRIMP RICE BOWL

1 1/2 cups of brown rice
3 Cups of water
Salt to taste
