The power of the Appearance Panel 👍
🔲 If you want to inset a stroke inside a shape, don’t duplicate your shape and resize it!
Instead, bring up your appearance panel and add another stroke and then offset that stroke with path - Offset path.
This way, the distance around your shape will remain the same and your live corners will stay consistent. But also because you can now add this as a graphic style, and apply it to any style shape you want! 👍
