75 Hard Rules:
For 75 consecutive days, you must do the following:
1. Follow a meal plan (no cheat meals, no alcohol)
2. Workout 2x a day for 45 min (one workout has to be outdoors)
3. Drink a gallon of water
4. Read 10 pages of a book
5. Take a progress picture everyday

GROUND TURKEY EGG MUFFINS
8-10 Eggs (I used whole eggs and egg whites)
Onion
Bell Pepper
1 Cup of Ricotta Cheese
1/3 cup of ground turkey per egg muffin
Avocado oil to grease pan
Bake for 15 minutes on 350 F or until tops bubble.
