Putin meets Azerbaijani Counterpart | Shahla Kazimova
Russian President Vladimir Putin is in Azerbaijan for a two-day state visit. The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev and his Russian counterpart discussed a wide range of bilateral and international issues, including energy cooperation. Aliyev said that the focus of discussion had been the development of gas and electricity sectors. TVP World invited Shahla Kazimova from the Eastern European Studies Center at the University of Warsaw, to discuss this issue further.
